Career ledger · version 2

The résumé got shorter.
The career didn’t.

I kept rewriting my résumé around the problem immediately in front of me. Eventually, older roles—and much of the leadership inside them—disappeared. This is the less convenient record: overlapping work, uncertain boundaries, and the pieces later résumés forgot.

The résumé got shorter. The career didn't. Computing practice, billable work, business ownership, volunteering, consulting, and employment are different clocks; this ledger keeps them separate.

Ledger last revised 2026-08-26.

Reading the record

Roles overlap because consulting, employment, business ownership, and volunteer work actually overlapped. Evidence labels describe what can be checked, not how impressive a claim sounds.

Referenceable
A retained third-party source or identifiable corroborator exists; this site has not independently verified the claim.
Self-attested
The claim survives in Casey’s records but lacks attached independent support.
Disputed dates
Surviving sources disagree; the disagreement stays visible.
