Engagement Models

  • Consulting / contract: $175/hr. Discounted retainer rates available for longer engagements.
  • W2 / full-time: $140–200k base depending on role, with benefits. Open to full-time placement with the right team.
  • Advisory: Fixed fee, $3–8k per engagement depending on scope. Architecture review, technical due diligence, agent / sovereignty / security strategy.
  • Incident response: $250/hr emergency rate, $5k engagement minimum. Ransomware restoration, AD/DNS rebuild, security incident triage.
  • “I like your charm” — pro bono: For causes I believe in, or work that wouldn’t otherwise happen. Rate: $0. The condition: you ask honestly, and I get to choose.
